Appeals
Throughout this website you are being invited to donate to help us with our work and as well as needing help with funds for the daily running of the centre, there is always a particular project on the go and at the moment it is regarding facilities for birds of prey.
Time has taken its toll the aviaries at the centre and the hospital needs to be updated in order to cater for the increased number of casualties, particularly birds of prey, coming into the centre.
The centre which annually takes over 3,000 wildlife casualties is appealing to the public to support this essential work in order for it to be able to cope with the increase in patient numbers, during the busiest months of the year Oak and Furrows can be caring for 200 wildlife casualties at any one time.
Owls and birds of prey require specialist care and housing appropriate to their needs, the centre no longer has the facilities to keep up with demand.
Oak and Furrows needs your support, please help.
Thank you
