When contacting the centre for general enquiries, please call between the hours of 9am and 5pm. We have been recieving an increasing amount of calls in the early hours of the morning and late at night when we have minimal staff dealing with critical care casualties.

Although open 24/7 for wildlife care admissions, due to the stress and distress it could cause the sick and injured animals, apart from the main office area, the centre is not open to the public except by prior appointment.
